Albina Head Start Turns on its First Solar-Powered Building

In October 2016, Albina Head Start, Inc. learned it was awarded a Blue Sky Fund grant to install a rooftop solar array on one of its buildings. After receiving word of the grant, Albina Head Start turned to its long-time pro bono legal partner, Tonkon Torp, to ensure it could meet the terms laid out in the grant’s detailed and binding Memo of Understanding.
